Print-on-Demand Production
Etsy Pipeline
Every step from a print-on-demand concept to a publish-ready listing — in one pipeline.
Etsy Pipeline runs the full print-on-demand production process for tabletop-themed apparel — concept, AI-assisted art, design, mockups, pricing, and listing copy — and outputs a complete, publish-ready packet.
The problem, and the approach.
The problem
Print-on-demand looks simple and is not. A single tabletop-themed shirt that actually sells is the end of a long chain: finding a niche worth the design, generating art that prints cleanly, laying it out within print-safe bounds, producing mockups, pricing it against marketplace fees that quietly eat the margin, and writing a listing the search algorithm rewards. Done by hand, across half a dozen disconnected tools, each product is an afternoon — and that afternoon is the cap on how much a small shop can release.
The approach
Etsy Pipeline runs that whole chain as one workflow. A product moves through clear stages — concept, art, design, mockups, listing, pricing — with the work from each stage carried into the next. Art is generated and refined against print-safe bounds, mockups are composed automatically, pricing accounts for the full marketplace fee schedule, and listing copy is written for marketplace search. The output is a complete, ready-to-publish packet. It is built for one operator running a focused catalog — deliberately, not a sprawling seller suite.
What the platform does.
The working surface of the platform — the capabilities a team relies on day to day.
Concept research
Niche ideas are explored and developed into product concepts worth designing.
AI-assisted art
Designs are generated through a chain of image models and refined against print-safe bounds.
Design editor
A canvas editor handles text, layers, and layout, so a concept becomes a production-ready print file.
Automatic mockups
Product mockups are composed from templates, so every design has presentation imagery without a photo shoot.
Margin-aware pricing
A pricing calculator accounts for the full marketplace fee schedule and reserves, so the listed price holds its margin.
Listing & export
Search-tuned titles, tags, and descriptions are generated, and the product exports as a complete, publish-ready packet.
From start to outcome.
Concept
A niche is researched and turned into a product concept.
Create
Art is generated and the design is laid out for print.
Present
Mockups are composed and the listing copy is written.
Price
The price is set against the full marketplace fee schedule.
Publish
The product exports as a complete packet, ready to list.
What sets it apart.
Covers the whole chain — research, art, design, mockups, pricing, listing — not one slice of it.
Margin-aware by default — pricing accounts for the fees that quietly erode print-on-demand profit.
Marketplace-respectful — designs are exported for manual listing, with no automation against marketplace terms.
Proven on a real catalog — it runs production for Tygart Nexus’s own tabletop-merchandise storefront.
Who it serves
- Print-on-demand sellers in the tabletop and gaming niche
- Small apparel shops releasing themed designs at a steady cadence
- Solo operators who are the whole production team
- Tygart Nexus’s own subsidiary, Pew Pew Minis, for its tabletop merchandise
Built with
Etsy Pipeline is extending toward a faster cadence — more of the production chain handled in a single pass, so a focused shop can move from a niche idea to a listed product in one sitting.
Important — scope & affiliation
Etsy Pipeline is an independent production tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Etsy, Inc., Printify, or any tabletop-game publisher. It prepares designs and listings for the seller to review and publish, and does not automate activity against any marketplace.
