Request deletion of your data.

Step 1

Revoke platform access

If the data comes from a third-party platform such as LinkedIn, revoke Tygart Nexus application access from that platform account or organization settings when available.

Step 2

Email a deletion request

Send a request to contact@tygartnexus.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request." Include your name, email address, organization, the app or platform involved, and enough detail for us to locate the relevant records.

Step 3

Verification

We may ask for additional information to verify your identity, authority over the organization or account, and the scope of the request before deleting data.

Step 4

Deletion and confirmation

After verification, we will delete or de-identify eligible personal information and authorized platform data within a reasonable period, then confirm completion or explain any limited data we must retain.

Data we may retain

We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, audit logs, or legitimate business records. Where possible, retained records will be minimized or de-identified.
