This page documents how Tygart Nexus LLC collects mobile consent for lead follow-up, onboarding coordination, demo scheduling, and support messages.

Opt-in method

Prospects opt in by scanning the QR code, opening the Tygart Nexus opt-in page, and submitting a lead, demo, onboarding, or support request with a dedicated mobile-consent checkbox.

The checkbox is unchecked by default. The user must affirmatively agree before Tygart Nexus sends SMS or mobile messages related to their inquiry.

By checking this box and submitting this form, I agree to receive SMS/text messages from Tygart Nexus LLC about my inquiry, demo request, onboarding, scheduling, and support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Message handling

Tygart Nexus uses mobile messaging only for requested business communication: lead follow-up, demo scheduling, onboarding coordination, support, and operational updates related to the user's inquiry.

Mobile opt-in data is not sold. Mobile numbers and consent records are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Users can opt out by replying STOP. Users can request help by replying HELP or emailing contact@tygartnexus.com.
