These terms govern use of Tygart Nexus LLC websites, applications, and authorized platform integrations unless a separate written agreement applies.

Use of our site and applications

You may use Tygart Nexus websites and applications only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms, applicable third-party platform rules, and any separate written agreement that applies to your use.

Third-party platforms

Some Tygart Nexus applications may connect to third-party platforms such as LinkedIn when authorized by you or your organization. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms, developer policies, permission systems, and privacy policies.

Authorized access

You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to connect accounts, grant permissions, submit content, request publishing, review analytics, or manage organization data through a Tygart Nexus application.

Content and instructions

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, permissions, and approval of content, instructions, files, and business information you provide. Tygart Nexus may decline, suspend, or remove workflows that appear unlawful, unsafe, infringing, abusive, or outside authorized use.

No warranties

The website and applications are provided on an as-is and as-available basis unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific business outcomes, platform approvals, follower growth, revenue, or third-party API access.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tygart Nexus LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site, applications, integrations, or third-party platforms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
